Healthcare Supplier Awards 2017, organised by the National Healthcare Group and in collaboration with National University Hospital (NUH), Health Promotion Board (HPB) and Agency for Integrated Care (AIC).

The ceremony will take place on 31 October 2017 at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital Auditorium (Tower B, Level 1, 90 Yishun Central, Singapore 768828).

The Awards aim to encourage more strategic win-win initiatives and/or innovations between the Suppliers and the participating hospitals/ institutions, leading to enhanced patient care / patient safety, reduced operational risk and improve the overall operational efficiency and productivity.

Awards Category
Productivity Award

This Award recognizes Suppliers who drive productivity and efficiency within NHG and/or participating institutions and continuously drive positive outcomes to the value chain.
Innovation Award

This Award recognizes Suppliers who pioneer a new approach or care model or service design or technology within NHG and/or participating institutions in the areas of processes, service performances and/ or quality of products.
Continuous Improvement Award

This Award recognizes Suppliers who are relentless in their efforts to continuously deliver improved performance within NHG and/or participating institutions in the areas of processes, patient safety, customer service and/ or quality of products.

Eligibility

Suppliers who meet the following criteria are eligible to participate:

  • • Minimum 2 years of service with NHG and/ or participating institutions;
  • • Must be an existing Supplier of NHG and/ or participating institutions at the time of submission;
  • • No performance penalty imposed in the last 2 years and at the time of submission;
  • • For Productivity and Innovation Awards, the projects must be initiated or implemented in the last 2 years (i.e. from 2015 onwards);
  • • For Continuous Improvement Award, project can be initiated or implemented years ago but must demonstrate it is still on-going and there is continuous improvements in the last 2 years (i.e. from 2015 onwards)
  • • The project must demonstrate the desirable outcomes of better, faster, cheaper and safer care to the patients and hospitals and / institutions:

    • • Cost Saving
    • • Customer Satisfaction

Rules & Regulations
1. The Healthcare Supplier Awards are organised by National Healthcare Group Pte Ltd (NHG). Office address: 3 Fusionopolis Link, #03-08, Nexus@one-north, Singapore 138543.
2. All participating Suppliers are required to submit their entries based on the format of the Poster template provided by NHG.
3. All entries must be completed and submitted by 10 July 2017 (Monday) by 23:59 hour. The submission deadline may be extended at the discretion of the organiser.
4. All entries must be truthful representations of the Suppliers' involvement in the projects or initiatives, with proven track records.
5. The participant's name in the submission will be the point of contact for the Healthcare Supplier Awards.
6. There is no limit to the number of entries that participant can submit. However, the same entry can only be submitted in one (1) category.
7. The Organiser, NHG and the supporting Hospitals/ Institutions, reserve the right not to award a category at their discretion.
8. The Organiser reserves the right to modify the rules and regulations as and when necessary, without prior notice.
9. Decisions made for the Healthcare Supplier Awards will be final.
10. All entry submissions shall remain the property of the Organiser, NHG.
11. The participating Supplier should provide a representative to attend the Awards ceremony to receive the plaque and certificate in the event that they are the winning entry.

Step 3: Activation of your account – Click on the Verify Email link provided in the email.
Step 4: Submission Guidelines and poster template can be downloaded here
Step 5: Login at https://healthcaresupplierawards2017.guttz.asia/login.php to upload poster and supporting documents online.
Step 6: Click "Manage Submission" icon to retrieve submission that is saved in draft.
Step 7: Click "Submit" icon to submit completed entry. Please ensure poster is final before you click "Submit".

• All entries are to be accompanied by a Poster Submission. The format of the Poster is to be in
   accordance to the "Submission Guidelines."
• The file size of the poster is limited to 10MB and the supporting document to 3MB.

Prizes

Outstanding and Merit Awards will be presented in each category. Successful awardees will each receive a plaque and a certificate.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
